Good times!

So today is the 8 month anniversary with joe. I am so excited to be getting married in 4 months! Everything is coming along so well! I can't wait to be married. There are so many things that need to be done!

End of the year

I just had to do a year end post! I always say I am going to blog more but I always seem to forget! I blogged more then I did in 2010 and more amazing things happened this last year! The best is getting engaged! That was the highlight of my year! It seems like life has takin me to somewhere I didnt think I would be this time last year! All in all it was good even the hard times. Happy new years!

Black friday

Up now for work at 345am! Working a 10 hour shift today! Then a little birthday fun and dinner of leftovers tonight then back to sleep by 9 so I can be up at 6 for work on Saturday! Fun fun fun!

Jobs...

So I love my job but giving me 10 hours does not cut it! So I have to once again look for a new job. It's so annoying. All I want is a 9-5 job 40 hours and 9 dollars an hour is that to much to ask!!!!?

Results

I am already seeing results from working out! My tummy is tighter and I feel stronger. Every day I add new things to my routine and am challenged every time! Today I added a new yoga pose (now I'm up to 4) and 6 new strength routines. It really tested me and I decided to just do those for that session. Maybe I will do some more tonight with my regular stuff.

My birthday is fast approaching and I can't wait. Joe and I and a couple of our friends are going to the pub to have fun that night. It's going to be a blast. The family party is usually around thanksgiving. Ben and Katy and the kids are coming down this year so we will have a full house. I wish Ness could come but she has so much work she won't be able too. Hopefully she will be able to come for Christmas.

I have until Sunday off so I am going to do a ton of stuff including a couple things for moms birthday. I am glad I am able to do this for her and I will post pics tomorrow.

Misty came in this morning and passed out on the chair! She must have had a busy night!

New diet

So I started a new diet a couple of days back! I got a Wii Fit for my birthday from my lovely boyfriend and have been using it everyday! Right now I am sore but that is a good sign that I am doing something right...right? Well I want to start writing what I eat and do for exercise for the previous day to make sure I am held accountable for what I am doing. My goal is in 6 months be down 15 pounds to about 130 or less and be toned in my stomach butt and arms. I want to work out as many times as I can to do this.

Yesterday I was on the wii fit for 15 min and did pretty good. I can feel the power that yoga has on the body from doing just two poses the half moon and warrior poses. I most feel it in my arms and sides right now and I hope to add more to my routine. I did a little running and it was nice. I definitely want to do more of that. I love that I get to follow a cat... My fav things so far are kung fu and hula hoop.

Here is what I ate:
Breakfast-small bowl of yogert with granola
Lunch- Nothing I was working
Dinner- Ate late but had 3 scrambled eggs and a few chips and a banana. Plus a tiny bowl of ice cream.

I am thinking of getting some healthy choice meals so I can take them to work and be able to watch calorie income. I just need to make sure I eat in moderation and get some more fruits and vegetables in there.

So far I have lost 3 pounds in about 4 days! Thats pretty good! I want to add the elliptical to my training also but we will see how much time I have.
